The Muir Mustangs (Pasadena, CA) basketball edged the host Hoover Tornados (Glendale, CA), 48-41 in Thursday's league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Burbank for a bout on Saturday, January 25. Muir will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 62-28 league win over Glendale (Glendale, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 17-0.
With the loss, Hoover falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Tornados travel to Pasadena (Pasadena, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a bout on Thursday, January 30. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 6-10.
