The West Aurora Blackhawks (Aurora, IL) basketball crushed the host Ridgewood Rebels (Norridge, IL), 58-12 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Blackhawks now possess a 12-1 record. They play next when they host Waubonsie Valley for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 28. West Aurora will play a Warriors team coming off a 42-40 non-league win over Naperville North (Naperville, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 9-1.

With the loss, Ridgewood falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Rebels host Fenton (Bensenville, IL) to play the Bison in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 30. The Bison go into the bout with a record of 1-6.
