The Earlham Cardinals defeated the host Baxter basketball squad by a final score of 56-42 in Thursday's non-league outing.
Next, the Cardinals clash with the Van Meter Bulldogs (Van Meter, IA) in a West Central outing, on Friday, January 24. Earlham will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a 7-6 record after their 44-38 league win over Pleasantville (Pleasantville, IA).
The (8-6) will now prepare for their outing against BCLUW (Conrad, IA). The Comets come into the non-league outing with a 9-4 record. In their last outing, BCLUW overcame Meskwaki Settlement (Tama, IA), 60-42, in a non-league outing.
