Illinois High School Basketball - Grant Park triumphant over Kankakee Trinity Academy

January 23, 2025: Grant Park, IL 60940

The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Grant Park Dragons (Grant Park, IL) and the visiting Kankakee Trinity Academy (Kankakee, IL), observed Grant Park's basketball team overwhelm Kankakee Trinity Academy by a score of 54-17.

The Dragons (6-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Illinois Lutheran (Crete, IL). The Chargers come into the River Valley challenge with a 1-14 record. In their last challenge, Illinois Lutheran was routed by Donovan/St. Anne (Donovan, IL), 65-30, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the encounter the Heritage Christian Defenders (Dyer, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 24. Kankakee Trinity Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-12 season record.
