The Macomb Bombers basketball team scored 73 points and limited the visiting West Prairie Cyclones to 16 in the Bombers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Bombers now have a 17-7 record. They play next when they host Astoria/VIT for a Prairieland game on Saturday, January 25. Macomb will confront a Rebels team coming off a 50-22 league win over Peoria Heights (Peoria Heights, IL). The Rebels record now stands at 2-17.

With the loss, West Prairie falls to 2-20 on the campaign. The Cyclones travel to Elmwood (Elmwood, IL) to confront the Trojans in a non-league game on Monday, January 27. The Trojans go into the game with a record of 13-11. Elmwood won 62-56 in their recent league game against Cuba/Spoon River Valley (Cuba, IL)
