In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Strother Yellowjackets basketball team scored a good 44-26 triumph over the Roff Tigers.
The Yellowjackets (9-8) will now prepare for their contest against New Lima (New Lima, OK). The Falcons go into the Little River contest with a 7-8 record. In their last contest, New Lima topped Olive (Drumright, OK), 47-23, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Stratford Bulldogs (Stratford, OK) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 4. Roff will attempt to better on its 8-10 season record.
