Colorado High School Ice Hockey - Summit knocks off Air Academy

In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Summit Tigers ice hockey team scored a close 6-0 triumph over the Air Academy Kadets.

The Tigers (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against Durango (Durango, CO). The Demons come into the 4A Mountain contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Durango was routed by Liberty (Colorado Springs, CO), 6-2, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Kadets battle the Mullen Mustangs (Denver, CO) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Air Academy will attempt to better on its 2-10 season record. The Mustangs come into the contest with a 1-8 record after their 4-0 league loss to Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO).
