In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Cranston West Falcons basketball team scored a big 52-31 triumph over the Chariho Chargers.

The Falcons (11-0) will now prepare for their contest against Moses Brown (Providence, RI). The Quakers go into the non-league contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, Moses Brown was trounced by West Warwick (West Warwick, RI), 65-46, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Chargers confront the Westerly Bulldogs (Westerly, RI) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 27. Chariho will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record.
