In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Big Bear Bears.
The (8-5) will now prepare for their battle against Riverside Prep (Oro Grande, CA). The Silver Knights enter the Cross Valley battle with a 11-8 record. In their last battle, Riverside Prep tipped Excelsior Charter (Victorville, CA), 3-2, in a league battle.
Next up, the Bears battle the Lucerne Valley Mustangs (Lucerne Valley, CA) in a Agape battle, on Friday, January 24. Big Bear will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Mustangs enter the battle with a 6-7 record after their 1-0 league loss to Silver Valley (Yermo, CA).
