With the triumph, Palo Verde moves its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Catalina (Tucson, AZ) to clash with the Trojans in a 3A Southeast test on Wednesday, January 29. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 8-2.

The Eagles now sport a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Morenci for a non-league test on Saturday, January 25. Thatcher will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 6-4 league loss to Santa Cruz Valley (Eloy, AZ). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-6.
