The Limon Badgers (Limon, CO) basketball edged the host Crowley County Chargers (Ordway, CO), 44-41 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Badgers now possess a 5-5 record. They play next when they host Merino for a non-league test on Saturday, January 24. Limon will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 47-38 league win over Haxtun (Haxtun, CO). The Rams record now stands at 4-7.

The Chargers (5-7) will now prepare for their test against Village (Colorado Springs, CO). The Mountaineers come into the non-league test with a 4-10 record. In their last test, Village was nipped by Prospect Ridge Academy (Broomfield, CO), 63-26, in a non-league bout.
