Next, the Beavers encounter the Goodland Cowboys (Goodland, KS) in a Great Western test, on Tuesday, January 27. Scott will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Cowboys come into the test with a 7-8 record after their 48-41 non-league loss to Pine Creek (Colorado Springs, CO).

With the loss, Trinity falls to 4-9 on the campaign. The Celtics host Smoky Valley (Lindsborg, KS) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 27. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 7-4. Smoky Valley won 63-54 in their recent non-league bout against Lyons (Lyons, KS)
