In Monday's non-league outing, the Ashby Arrows (Ashby, MN) basketball squad nipped the visiting West Central Area Knights (Barrett, MN), by a margin of 69-66.
The Arrows (11-1) will now prepare for their outing against Rothsay (Rothsay, MN). The Tigers go into the A Section 6 outing with a 4-9 record. In their last outing, Rothsay was tipped by Hancock (Hancock, MN), 73-44, in a non-league outing.
The Knights now own a 11-3 record. They play next when they host Ortonville for a non-league outing on Thursday, January 27. West Central Area will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 52-45 non-league loss to Colman-Egan (Colman, SD). The Trojans record now stands at 1-12.
