South Dakota High School Basketball - North Central topples South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley]

In Monday's non-league outing, the North Central Thunder (Eureka, SD) basketball squad beat the visiting South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley] Mustangs (Wishek, ND), by a margin of 56-40.

The Thunder (3-8) will now prepare for their outing against Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] (Gettysburg, SD). The Battlers go into the B Region 2 outing with a 4-6 record. In their last outing, Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] was topped by Mobridge-Pollock (Mobridge, SD), 65-41, in a non-league outing.

The Mustangs now own a 3-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Leola/Frederick for a non-league match on Saturday, January 29.
