South Paulding Spartans (Douglasville, GA) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Jackson Jaguars (Atlanta, GA), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Spartans confront the Villa Rica Wildcats (Villa Rica, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 3. South Paulding will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.

The Jaguars now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Cross Keys for a non-league challenge on Monday, January 31. Jackson will confront a Indians team coming off a 10-0 league win over Lithonia (Lithonia, GA). The Indians record now stands at 1-0.
