The Harrison County Thorobreds (Cynthiana, KY) basketball knocked off the host Augusta Panthers (Augusta, KY), 70-58 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Thorobreds (15-3) will now prepare for their test against Pendleton County (Falmouth, KY). The Wildcats go into the District 38 test with a 3-13 record. In their last test, Pendleton County notched a victory over St. Patrick (Maysville, KY), 69-29, in a non-league test.

The Panthers now own a 11-9 record. They play next when they host Mason County for a District 39 test on Friday, January 27. Augusta will encounter a Royals squad coming off a 68-52 non-league win over Morgan County (West Liberty, KY). The Royals record now stands at 21-2.
