Michigan High School Basketball - Black River ripped by Lawton

The Lawton Blue Devils basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Black River Rats to 47 in the Blue Devils non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Blue Devils now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Michigan Lutheran for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 24. Lawton will battle a Titans team coming off a 57-56 non-league win over Andrews Academy (Berrien, MI). The Titans record now stands at 5-4.
The Rats (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Martin (Martin, MI). The Clippers enter the Southwestern - Central contest with a 2-8 record. In their last contest, Martin was routed by Zion Christian (Byron Center, MI), 67-31, in a non-league contest.
