Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Wisner-Pilger Gators (Wisner, NE) and the host Clarkson/Leigh Patriots (Clarkson, NE), saw Wisner-Pilger's basketball squad overcome Clarkson/Leigh by a tally of 56-42.

With the victory, Wisner-Pilger improves its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Gators travel to North Bend Central (North Bend, NE) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 26. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 6-10. North Bend Central won 56-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Oakland-Craig (Oakland, NE)

Next up, the Patriots confront the Pierce Bluejays (Pierce, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Clarkson/Leigh will attempt to improve on its 11-5 season record. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a 14-2 record after their 47-33 non-league win over Crofton (Crofton, NE).
