The Darien Blue Wave (Darien, CT) basketball knocked off the host McMahon Senators (Norwalk, CT), 60-44 in Tuesday's league test.
The Blue Wave (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Warde (Fairfield, CT). The Mustangs go into the Fairfield County test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, Warde notched a victory over Greenwich (Greenwich, CT), 51-47, in a league test.
The Senators now own a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to Bridgeport Central for a Fairfield County test on Friday, January 27. McMahon will encounter a Hilltoppers squad coming off a 59-52 league win over Norwalk (Norwalk, CT). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 4-6.
