In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Jesup J-Hawks (Jesup, IA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting East Marshall Mustangs (Le Grand, IA), by a margin of 84-36.
The J-Hawks (8-6) will now prepare for their outing against Oelwein (Oelwein, IA). The Huskies go into the North Iowa Cedar - East outing with a 8-8 record. In their last outing, Oelwein was trounced by Dike-New Hartford (Dike, IA), 62-48, in a league outing.
The Mustangs now own a 3-11 record. They play next when they travel to Hudson for a non-league outing on Thursday, January 26. East Marshall will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 85-41 league win over Sumner-Fredericksburg (Sumner, IA). The Pirates record now stands at 10-6.
