    • Connecticut High School Basketball - Fitch ripped by Norwich Free Academy

    January 24, 2023: Norwich, CT 06360

    The Norwich Free Academy Wildcats basketball team scored 77 points and held the visiting Fitch Falcons to 54 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.

    The Wildcats now sport a 5-7 record. They play next when they host Waterford for a Eastern Connecticut II bout on Thursday, January 26. Norwich Free Academy will play a Lancers squad coming off a 67-62 non-league loss to New London (New London, CT). The Lancers record now stands at 5-9.

    Next up, the Falcons play the Bassick Lions (Bridgeport, CT) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 30. Fitch will attempt to upgrade on its 9-2 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 3-11 record after their 75-59 non-league loss to New London (New London, CT).
