The Glasgow Scotties basketball team (Glasgow, KY), was toppled 82-71 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Green County Dragons (Greensburg, KY)
The Dragons now possess a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Larue County for a District 18 battle on Friday, January 27. Green County will confront a Hawks team coming off a 63-43 league win over Caverna (Horse Cave, KY). The Hawks record now stands at 11-5.
The Scotties (1-11) will now prepare for their battle against Barren County (Glasgow, KY). The Trojans come into the District 15 battle with a 12-6 record. In their last battle, Barren County beat Russellville (Russellville, KY), 71-58, in a non-league battle.
