Nebraska High School Basketball - Millard West knocked off by Gretna

January 24, 2023: Omaha, NE 68135

The Gretna Dragons basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Millard West Wildcats to 43 in the Dragons league triumph on Tuesday.

The Dragons now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Omaha Northwest for a A District TBD contest on Friday, January 27. Gretna will battle a Huskies team coming off a 76-63 league loss to Bellevue East (Bellevue, NE). The Huskies record now stands at 2-12.

The Wildcats (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Westview (Omaha, NE). The enter the non-league contest with a 5-12 record. In their last contest, Westview was defeated by Elkhorn South (Omaha, NE), 74-56, in a non-league contest.
