The Groveton Eagles basketball team (Groveton, NH), dropped 66-57 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Lin-Wood Lumberjacks (Lincoln, NH)
The Lumberjacks now possess a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Profile for a Division IV battle on Wednesday, January 25. Lin-Wood will battle a Patriots team coming off a 86-81 league loss to Littleton (Littleton, NH). The Patriots record now stands at 10-3.
The Eagles (8-1) will now prepare for their battle against Woodsville (Woodsville, NH). The Engineers come into the Division IV battle with a 12-2 record. In their last battle, Woodsville beat Gorham (Gorham, NH), 54-50, in a league battle.
