The Jonathan Alder Pioneers basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting North Union Wildcats to 30 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Pioneers now sport a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to London for a Central Buckeye - Kenton Trail contest on Friday, January 27. Jonathan Alder will battle a Red Raiders team coming off a 65-39 non-league win over Benjamin Logan (Bellefontaine, OH). The Red Raiders record now stands at 8-8.

The Wildcats (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against Graham Local (St. Paris, OH). The Falcons enter the Central Buckeye - Mad River contest with a 5-11 record. In their last contest, Graham Local was routed by Tecumseh (New Carlisle, OH), 58-50, in a non-league contest.
