South Dakota High School Basketball - Jones County can't hold off Lyman

The Lyman Raiders basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Jones County Coyotes to 52 in the Raiders league victory on Tuesday.

The Raiders now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wall for a B Region 7 contest on Saturday, January 28. Lyman will battle a Eagles team coming off a 81-78 non-league win over Hill City (Hill City, SD). The Eagles record now stands at 6-6.

The Coyotes (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Gregory (Gregory, SD). The Gorillas come into the non-league contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Gregory edged Avon (Avon, SD), 61-33, in a league contest.
