The Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin Lions basketball team scored 80 points and held the visiting Kenston Bombers to 57 in the Lions non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Lions now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Catholic for a Crown contest on Friday, January 27. Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin will battle a Cougars team coming off a 71-46 non-league win over Andrews Osborne Academy (Willoughby, OH). The Cougars record now stands at 10-6.

The Bombers (1-14) will now prepare for their contest against Madison (Madison, OH). The Blue Streaks enter the Western Reserve contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Madison was routed by Chardon (Chardon, OH), 56-44, in a league contest.
