The Triad Knights (Troy, IL) basketball nipped the host Ladue Horton Watkins Rams (St. Louis, MO), 50-46 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Knights (19-5) will now prepare for their test against Civic Memorial (Bethalto, IL). The Eagles go into the Mississippi Valley test with a 11-12 record. In their last test, Civic Memorial was tipped by Triad (Troy, IL), 58-40, in a non-league test.
The Rams now own a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Oakville for a non-league test on Friday, January 27.
