With the victory, Lynchburg-Clay upgrades its record to 9-7 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Eastern (Sardinia, OH) to play the Warriors in a Southern Hills bout on Friday, January 27. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 4-9. Eastern lost 74-34 in their recent non-league bout against Fairland (Proctorville, OH)

Next up, the Blue Jays play the Manchester Greyhounds (Manchester, OH) in a Southern Hills bout, on Friday, January 27. Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Greyhounds come into the bout with a 5-10 record after their 56-46 non-league win over Felicity-Franklin (Felicity, OH).
