Massachusetts High School Basketball - Masconomet Regional can't hold off Swampscott

The Swampscott Big Blue basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting Masconomet Regional Chieftains to 43 in the Big Blue non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Big Blue now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gloucester for a Northeastern - Small contest on Friday, January 27. Swampscott will battle a Fishermen team coming off a 71-31 league loss to Salem (Salem, MA). The Fishermen record now stands at 7-4.
The Chieftains (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Beverly (Beverly, MA). The Panthers enter the Northeastern - Large contest with a 9-4 record.
