Stoughton Black Knights (Stoughton, MA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Milford Hawks (Milford, MA), 73-63 in a league bout.

With the win, Stoughton upgrades its record to 4-6 on the season. The Black Knights travel to Sharon (Sharon, MA) to play the Eagles in a Hockomock bout on Friday, January 27. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 9-2. Sharon won 57-47 in their recent league bout against Attleboro (Attleboro, MA)

Next up, the Hawks play the Franklin Panthers (Franklin, MA) in a Hockomock bout, on Friday, January 27. Milford will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 9-1 record after their 56-46 league loss to Mansfield (Mansfield, MA).
