Georgia High School Basketball - Mount Vernon tipped by Paideia

The Paideia Pythons basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Mount Vernon Mustangs to 52 in the Pythons league triumph on Tuesday.
The Pythons now sport a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Atlanta International for a A D1 Region 6B contest on Wednesday, February 1.
The Mustangs (14-8) will now prepare for their game against St. Francis (Alpharetta, GA). The Knights enter the A D1 Region 6A game with a 9-12 record. In their last game, St. Francis tipped Whitefield Academy (Mableton, GA), 64-40, in a league game.
