In Tuesday's league outing, the Squalicum Storm (Bellingham, WA) basketball squad beat the visiting Oak Harbor Wildcats (Oak Harbor, WA), by a count of 56-47.
The Storm (8-10) will now prepare for their outing against Lakewood (Arlington, WA). The Cougars go into the 1A/2A/3A Northwest outing with a 7-9 record. In their last outing, Lakewood was topped by Lynden Christian (Lynden, WA), 71-50, in a league outing.
The Wildcats now hold a 5-10 record. They play next when they host Meridian for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest outing on Friday, January 27. Oak Harbor will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 56-53 league loss to Bellingham (Bellingham, WA). The Trojans record now stands at 8-6.
