Illinois High School Basketball - Plainfield Central overwhelmed by West Aurora

The West Aurora Blackhawks basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the visiting Plainfield Central Wildcats to 40 in the Blackhawks league victory on Tuesday.
The Blackhawks now sport a 15-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oswego East for a SouthWest Prairie contest on Friday, January 27. West Aurora will battle a Wolves team coming off a 69-51 league win over Plainfield East (Plainfield, IL). The Wolves record now stands at 19-5.
The Wildcats (5-17) will now prepare for their contest against Joliet West (Joliet, IL). The Tigers come into the SouthWest Prairie contest with a 18-5 record. In their last contest, Joliet West triumphed over Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL), 68-39, in a league contest.
