In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Scranton Knights basketball team scored a good 65-49 triumph over the Wallenpaupack Area Buckhorns.
In their next game, the Knights meet the Valley View Cougars (Archbald, PA) in a Lackawanna 1 match, on Friday, January 27. Scranton will attempt to better on its 6-8 season record.
With the defeat, Wallenpaupack Area moves to 7-7 on the year. The Buckhorns host Western Wayne (Lake Ariel, PA) to meet the Wildcats in a Lackawanna 2 match on Saturday, January 28. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 0-12.
