Connecticut High School Basketball - Cromwell crushes Old Saybrook

January 24, 2023: Cromwell, CT 06416

Cromwell Panthers (Cromwell, CT) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Old Saybrook Rams (Old Saybrook, CT), 59-28 in a league bout.

With the win, Cromwell upgrades its record to 11-3 on the season. The Panthers travel to Coginchaug Regional (Durham, CT) to clash with the Blue Devils in a Shoreline bout on Friday, January 27. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 11-2. Coginchaug Regional won 63-46 in their recent league bout against Haddam-Killingworth (Higganum, CT)

Next up, the Rams clash with the Valley Regional Warriors (Deep River, CT) in a Shoreline bout, on Friday, January 27. Old Saybrook will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 12-2 record after their 68-49 non-league win over Fitch (Groton, CT).
