The McMahon Senators basketball team scored 44 points and held the host Darien Blue Wave to 41 in the Senators league triumph on Tuesday.

The Senators now sport a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bridgeport Central for a Fairfield County contest on Friday, January 27. McMahon will battle a Hilltoppers team coming off a 61-27 league loss to Norwalk (Norwalk, CT). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 1-11.

The Blue Wave (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Warde (Fairfield, CT). The Mustangs enter the Fairfield County contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Warde nudged Greenwich (Greenwich, CT), 49-46, in a league contest.
