Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Greenforest Eagles (Decatur, GA) and the visiting Tri-Cities Bulldogs (East Point, GA), saw Greenforest's basketball squad knock off Tri-Cities by a count of 54-45.

With the victory, Greenforest upgrades its record to 7-9 on the campaign. The Eagles host Northside (Columbus, GA) to play the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 11-6.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Creekside Seminoles (Fairburn, GA) in a AAAAA Region 5 challenge, on Friday, January 27. Tri-Cities will attempt to upgrade on its 10-8 season record. The Seminoles come into the challenge with a 5-12 record after their 46-38 league loss to Mays (Atlanta, GA).
