In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Mount View Mustangs basketball team scored a tight 37-32 triumph over the Lincoln Academy Eagles.
In their next game, the Mustangs meet the Maranacook Black Bears (Readfield, ME) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, February 1. Mount View will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record. The Black Bears enter the match with a 4-6 record after their 40-31 league win over Leavitt (Turner, ME).
With the defeat, Lincoln Academy moves to 3-8 on the year. The Eagles host Medomak Valley (Waldoboro, ME) to meet the Panthers in a B South match on Tuesday, January 31. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 8-5.
