The Marked Tree Indians basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Piggott Mohawks to 43 in the Indians non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Indians now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Armorel for a 1A Region 3 contest on Saturday, January 28.

The Mohawks (15-9) will now prepare for their contest against Harrisburg (Harrisburg, AR). The Hornets come into the 3A Region 3 contest with a 4-14 record. In their last contest, Harrisburg was defeated by Osceola (Osceola, AR), 61-25, in a league contest.
