Indiana High School Basketball - Tri-Township nudges Marquette Catholic

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Tri-Township Tigers (LaCrosse, IN) basketball squad edged the visiting Marquette Catholic Blazers (Michigan City, IN), by a count of 54-50.

The Tigers now sport a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Central for a Porter County contest on Friday, January 27. Tri-Township will meet a Satellites team coming off a 56-40 non-league win over Kouts (Kouts, IN). The Satellites record now stands at 19-3.

The Blazers (12-8) will now prepare for their contest against Culver Academies (Culver, IN). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 13-9 record. In their last contest, Culver Academies was nudged by Plymouth (Plymouth, IN), 55-47, in a non-league contest.
