The Mio-Au Sable Thunderbolts basketball team (Mio, MI), was overwhelmed 59-22 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Posen Vikings (Posen, MI)
The Vikings now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hillman for a North Star battle on Monday, January 30. Posen will battle a Tigers team coming off a 68-17 league win over Hale (Hale, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 7-4.
The Thunderbolts (2-9) will now prepare for their battle against Whittemore-Prescott (Whittemore, MI). The Cardinals come into the non-league battle with a 1-10 record. In their last battle, Whittemore-Prescott was overwhelmed by Calvary Baptist Academy (Midland, MI), 51-9, in a non-league battle.
