The Plainfield Panthers (Central Village, CT) basketball crushed the visiting Tourtellotte Tigers (North Grosvenordale, CT), 44-10 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Panthers (6-7) will now prepare for their test against Griswold (Griswold, CT). The Wolverines go into the Eastern Connecticut - 3 test with a 3-8 record.
The Tigers now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Putnam for a Eastern Connecticut - 4 test on Friday, January 27. Tourtellotte will encounter a Clippers squad coming off a 48-40 non-league win over Montville (Oakdale, CT). The Clippers record now stands at 5-9.
