The Warren East Raiders basketball team (Bowling Green, KY), dropped 52-40 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting South Warren Spartans (Bowling Green, KY)
The Spartans now possess a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bowling Green for a District 14 battle on Friday, January 27. South Warren will battle a Purples team coming off a 45-34 non-league loss to Cooper (Union, KY). The Purples record now stands at 13-8.
The Raiders (5-13) will now prepare for their battle against Butler County (Morgantown, KY). The Bears come into the non-league battle with a 9-6 record. In their last battle, Butler County beat Edmonson County (Brownsville, KY), 25-21, in a league battle.
