Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Greenwich Cardinals (Greenwich, CT) and the host Warde Mustangs (Fairfield, CT), saw Greenwich's basketball squad knock off Warde by a count of 36-28.

With the victory, Greenwich upgrades its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Stamford (Stamford, CT) to play the Black Knights in a challenge on Friday, January 27. The Black Knights come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Mustangs play the Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers (Bridgeport, CT) in a challenge, on Wednesday, February 15. Warde will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
