The Ridgefield Tigers the host Trumbull Eagles ice hockey squad by a count of 3-1 in Tuesday's league bout.
With the victory, Ridgefield moves its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT) to face the Cadets in a FCIAC bout on Saturday, January 28. The Cadets go into the bout with a record of 4-7.
The Eagles now sport a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Joel Barlow for a non-league bout on Thursday, January 26. Trumbull will face a Falcons squad coming off a 4-1 league win over Shepaug/Litchfield/Nonnewaug/Thomaston (Washington, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 5-5.
