The Virginia Episcopal School Bishops (Lynchburg, VA) basketball felled the host North Cross Raiders (Roanoke, VA), 48-38 in Tuesday's league test.
The Bishops (2-1) will now prepare for their test against New Covenant (Lynchburg, VA). The Gryphons go into the test with a 9-4 record.
The Raiders now own a 7-1 record. They play next when they host Roanoke Catholic for a test on Thursday, January 26. North Cross will encounter a Celtics squad coming off a 55-46 league loss to Hargrave Military Academy (Chatham, VA). The Celtics record now stands at 4-7.
