Maryland High School Basketball - Archbishop Curley can't hold off Concordia Prep

The Concordia Prep Saints basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Archbishop Curley Friars to 51 in the Saints league triumph on Wednesday.
The Saints now sport a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Severn School for a MIAA B - Black contest on Friday, January 26. Concordia Prep will battle a Admirals team coming off a 69-40 league win over Friends (Baltimore, MD). The Admirals record now stands at 13-4.
The Friars (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Chapelgate Christian Academy (Marriottsville, MD). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league contest with a 9-7 record. In their last contest, Chapelgate Christian Academy nudged Annapolis Area Christian (Severn, MD), 67-56, in a non-league contest.
