The Brimfield Indians (Brimfield, IL) basketball crushed the host Lewistown Indians (Lewistown, IL), 50-28 in Wednesday's league test.

The Indians (9-11) will now prepare for their test against Bushnell-Prairie City (Bushnell, IL). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 8-14 record. In their last test, Bushnell-Prairie City was trounced by ROWVA/Williamsfield (Oneida, IL), 62-46, in a non-league test.

The Indians now own a 2-17 record. They play next when they travel to Cuba/Spoon River Valley for a Prairieland test on Friday, January 26. Lewistown will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 64-43 league loss to Peoria Heights (Peoria Heights, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-14.
