Taconic Hills Titans (Craryville, NY) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Coxsackie-Athens Riverhawks (Coxsackie, NY), 51-48 in a league bout.

With the win, Taconic Hills upgrades its record to 6-8 on the season. The Titans travel to Hudson (Hudson, NY) to play the Blue Hawks in a Section 2 Patroon bout on Friday, January 26. The Blue Hawks go into the bout with a record of 13-1. Hudson won 82-57 in their recent league bout against Greenville (Greenville, NY)

Next up, the Riverhawks play the Rensselaer Rams (Rensselaer, NY) in a Section 2 Patroon bout, on Friday, January 26. Coxsackie-Athens will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 5-7 record after their 53-48 league win over Chatham (Chatham, NY).
